Join us at the Cocktail Bar for a round or three of our kaiseki-inspired cocktails made by our award-winning cocktail bar team and/or perch up at the Kaiseki Counter to savour the 5 culinary techniques of Japanese kaiseki cuisine -Nama (Cutting); Niru (Simmering); Yaku (Grilling); Musu (Steaming); and Ageru (Frying) - accompanied by a thoughtfully curated, diverse beverage pairing spanning wines, sakes, beers and cocktails.

Lunches start from S$48 and S$98 for Dinner.
